So far, 20,000 people have bought the Debrecen City Card, which aims to give people in Debrecen the opportunity to use local services at a discount. There are already 48 partners on the list of places accepting the Debrecen City Card, and the range of services is constantly growing.
At a recent meeting of the city’s general assembly, it was discussed that the people of Debrecen were unhappy that while the city card can be used to buy a discounted ticket for the Debrecen Aquaticum Strand, it was not possible to do so for the thermal bath (Debrecen Aquaticum Spa).
Mayor of Debrecen László Papp said that they would report and solve this problem, while the same municipal company runs the Aquaticum Strand and Aquaticum Spa.
