As previously reported, the development of a three-story building with a net useful floor area of 4249 square meters, is on schedule to meet the development deadline. The building will have a reinforced concrete structure with a lightweight closed-open mechanical roof.
On the ground floor there will be a central hall, communal spaces, a lecture hall for 256 people, accessible from the first floor level, a buffet, an office and service spaces. Rest gardens are being built in front of the entrances.
On the 1st floor, there will be open and separable community student spaces, while the examination room, training rooms, separate consultation rooms and prayer room will be on the second floor. The server room and mechanical rooms are located on the 3rd floor.
The net investment of HUF 3 billion 416,5 million is funded by the University of Debrecen with EU support. The builder Dryvit Profi Kft. is a business from Debrecen.
The Learning Center is expected to be available to students from the next school year.
