The Great Forest (Nagyerdő) hosts Debrecen Drive, the biggest car and vehicle event in the Eastern Region, from the 27th to the 29th of May 2022.
A section of Nagyerdei Boulevard between Pallagi Road and Ady Endre Road will be closed due to Debrecen Drive.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the program, the section of Nagyerdei Boulevard between Pallagi Road and Ady Endre Road will be closed. During the road closure, buses No 16, 22, 22Y, 24, and 24Y will run on diversion routes from the 27th to the 29th of May 2022.
Bus 16:
In the direction of TEVA: Bus 16 will continue straight on in the direction of the University after the stop on Baksay Sándor Street; it will then run along the Nagyerdei Boulevard-Pallagi Road diversion route.
After the pedestrian crossing, follow the direction to the Main Station of Debrecen: Bus 16 turns right after the Social Home stop in the direction of the Clinics, then follows the Nagyerdei Boulevard-Hadházi Road bypass. Bus 16 will continue on the original route after Hadházi út 92.
Bus 22: Bus 22 will return at the roundabout after the Great Forest Campus stop of the Clinical Center and will then follow the Nagyerdei Boulevard – Hadházi Road – Benczúr Gyula Street- Köztemető. It will continue on the original route after the main gate stop of Köztemető (Main Cemetery)
Bus 22Y: Will run after the Social Home stop on the route Nagyerdei Boulevard – Hadházi Road – Benczúr Gyula Street – Köztemető. It will continue on the original route after the main gate of Köztemető (Main Cemetery)
Bus 24: It will run from the Köztemető (Main Cemetery) on the Benczúr Gyula Street – Hadházi Road – Nagyerdei Boulevard (towards the University) – Klinikák diversion route. Bus 24 will turn back at the Nagyerdei Campus stop of the Clinical Centre and will continue on the original route.
Bus 24Y : The 24Y bus will run from of Köztemető (Main Cemetery) to the Benczúr Gyula Street – Hadházi Road – Nagyerdei Boulevard (towards the University) – Pallagi Road. Bus 24Y will continue on the original route after the Social Home stop.
No stops will be missed due to the route change. Buses will not stop at stops on the diversion route.
