Pablo Escobar’s wife, Victoria Eugenia Henao published her autobiography about her life with the drug lord.
She will dedicate her book at 11 AM on 7th December in Libri Book Store (Forum Shopping Mall).
She was only 15 when she married Escobar who was more than ten years older than her. She remained with him despite the constant infidelity and cruelty. Their marriage ended 16 years later after Escobar was shot dead in his hiding place on December 2, 1993.
Pablo Escobar controlled 80 per cent of the world’s cocaine trade, and according to Forbes, he was the seventh richest man in the world in 1989. Nearly 20,000 people attended his funeral.
