“Today it has become an event of growing reputation in the region, and this time the major players in the world’s biggest cycling events are also competing on the Tour de Hongrie,” said Tünde Szabó, State Secretary for Sport.

“No World Tour team has ever taken part in a bicycle race in Hungary before and was thought impossible and yet world stars are coming this year,” said Máriusz Révész, Government commissioner for Active Hungary.
