Due to the increased passenger traffic, DKV operates trams every 10 minutes on both lines instead of every 12 minutes on weekdays from 20th February.
The changes apply to off-peak services on lines 1 and 2 between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. At the same time, the company will also change the timetable of buses 19, 23, 25, 125, 41, 42, 44, 48, and 146.
Changed departure times for buses:
BUS 19:
On school days, during the peak period, bus 19H will run from Sámsoni Road between 6:10 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. to the Ice Hall (Jégcsarnok). From the Ice Hall between 1:10 p.m. and 4:50 p.m., buses will run to Sámsoni Road with the 19H bus.
Bus 19 will now carry passengers every 60 minutes instead of every 30 minutes between 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 a.m. and between 4:00 p.m. and 7:59 p.m. on public holidays and days off.
BUS 23:
On work days, there will be an extra service from Doberdó Street at 6:45 a.m., and bus 23 will depart from this terminus at 7:35 a.m. instead of 7:05 a.m.
BUSES 25 AND 125:
The daily 125 bus from Vincellér Street will depart at 4:07 a.m. instead of 4:15 a.m. The daily bus 25 from Vincellér Street will depart at 10:14 p.m. instead of 10:12 p.m. and from Veres Péter Street at 10:10 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m.
BUS 41:
Due to increased travel demand, DKV will run an extra service on line 41 from Vincellér Street at 5:50 a.m. and from Kinizsi Nyomda at 6:15 a.m. From Kinizsi Printing House, during the school term, on weekdays at 6:42 a.m., two buses have so far departed. In order to improve the quality of service, bus 41 will now depart from this terminus at 6:42 a.m. and 6:55 a.m.
In addition, the daily bus 41 from Vincellér Street will depart at 8:05 p.m. instead of 7:50 p.m. and from Kinizsi Printing House at 8:27 p.m.
BUS 42:
From the Main Railway Station (Nagyállomás), the bus departs at 4:55 a.m. instead of 4:49 a.m. for all periods and from the Western Industrial Park at 5:14 a.m.
BUS 44:
Due to the increased travel demand, DKV Zrt. is also running an extra service on line 44 from the Main Railway Station (Nagyállomás) at 6:55 p.m. daily. In addition, at the request of passengers, the service from the Main Railway Station (Nagyállomás) at 5:55 a.m. will be brought forward by 5 minutes to 5:50 a.m.
BUS 48:
The daily service from the Main Railway Station (Nagyállomás) at 4:28 a.m. will depart earlier at 4:22 a.m. and from Pac at 4:35 a.m.
BUS 146:
The daily service from Nagyállomás at 5:10 a.m., now 5:12 a.m.
